Minty Herbal Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 4-5 bags of herbal tea
- 4 cup Boiling water
- 8 tsp Sugar (or to taste)
- ⅛ cup Lemon juice
- several sprigs of fresh mint
- 5-6 cups cold water
Instructions
- Place tea bags, sugar and mint in a tea pot.
- Pour boiling water over all and allow to steep for 15 minutes or more depending on the type of tea and how strong you want it to be.
- Pour this into a pitcher with enough cold water without diluting the concoction too much (cold water first if you are worried your pitcher might crack).
