  • 4-5 bags of herbal tea
  • 4 cup Boiling water
  • 8 tsp Sugar (or to taste)
  • cup Lemon juice
  • several sprigs of fresh mint
  • 5-6 cups cold water


  • Place tea bags, sugar and mint in a tea pot.
  • Pour boiling water over all and allow to steep for 15 minutes or more depending on the type of tea and how strong you want it to be.
  • Pour this into a pitcher with enough cold water without diluting the concoction too much (cold water first if you are worried your pitcher might crack).
