  • 10 oz Low Fat Chocolate Milk
  • 2 Bananas
  • ¼ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup Spinach
  • ¼ cup Powdered Peanut Butter or ¼ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ¼ cup Granola
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Fresh Raspberries
  • ½ cup Fresh Blueberries
  • ¼ cup Collagen Powder (optional)


  • Place the milk, bananas, protein, yogurt, spinach, peanut butter, and chia seeds in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into bowls and let the kids decorate with additional fruit, granola, coconut or whatever else you like.
