Homemade Coffee Liqueur

This French classic is a celebration of texture and flavour. Various ingredient combinations exist – you can add boiled new potatoes, use freshly grilled tuna, add in artichoke hearts etc – but this is a great basic recipe to use that is entirely delicious as is.

Thai Red Curry has never been something I have ever even thought of attempting to make! And it is not because it isn’t something I would eat! I have never really dove into this sort of dish before. But, I have to say, I am so glad I did!

So, a while back, I had asked for recommendations from followers, and this was one of them! I was extremely excited, but also a little worried, to make this. Because I had never tried anything like it, I was worried I would mess it up!

I am a firm believer that the kitchen should be a fun place to get creative! No, not every single dish is a success. Part of life is failing. And cooking is nothing short of that! Part of cooking is learning what you might not be great at! But, that is okay. We should not be scared to mess something up. It is better to try than to miss out on something so delicious!
