Ingredients

  • 2-3 Medium aloe vera leaves, approximately 3 tablespoons
  • 2 tbsp Organic honey
  • 1 Raw potato

Instructions

  • Scoop out fresh aloe pulp from inside the leaves.
  • Place all of the all ingredients into a blender, and pulse until creamy.
  • Apply   mix to gauze pad and rub into skin over the affected area.
  • Apply generously based on level of discomfort and the size of the surface area affected. Wipe off with a warm, wet rag when you feel the pain subsiding.
