  • 2 ½ cups Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup Chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup Each packed light brown sugar and sweet orange marmalade
  • 1 ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Zest and juice of 1 orange
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup Each dried cranberries and raw coconut flakes
  • Vanilla Greek yogurt and fresh raspberries


  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Toast oats and walnuts on two separate baking sheets until golden and fragrant, 15 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Heat brown sugar, marmalade, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, zest, orange juice, and salt in a skillet over medium until sugar dissolves, 34 minutes.
  • Toss oats, walnuts, cranberries, and coconut flakes with brown sugar mixture until coated; arrange on prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake granola until golden brown, 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Press granola into clumps, if desired; let cool on baking sheet
  • Serve granola with yogurt and raspberries; store in an airtight container.
