Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Coconut Water
  • ½ English Cucumber
  • 1 Italian (Flat Leaf) Parsley Bunch
  • 2 Lemons
  • 2 cup Fresh Pineapple or 2 cup Pineapple, Frozen
  • ½ tsp Liquid Stevia, Alcohol Free (optional)
  • 1 Fresh Ginger Root, 1/2in Knob (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a large blender and blast on high 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.
  • Divide in two cups.
