Cucumber, Parsley, Pineapple and Lemon Smoothie
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Coconut Water
- ½ English Cucumber
- 1 Italian (Flat Leaf) Parsley Bunch
- 2 Lemons
- 2 cup Fresh Pineapple or 2 cup Pineapple, Frozen
- ½ tsp Liquid Stevia, Alcohol Free (optional)
- 1 Fresh Ginger Root, 1/2in Knob (optional)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a large blender and blast on high 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.
- Divide in two cups.
