  • 1 1/2  cup Frozen mixed berries, such as blueberry, raspberry, blackberry
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Dairy or nondairy milk
  • 1/2 Ripe medium avocado
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
