Ingredients

  • 3 Sage leaves
  • 1 Sprig mint
  • 1 Sprig rosemary
  • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • Juice of 1 medium orange
  • 1 cup Club soda (or water)
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1-2 tsp Digestive or Aromatic bitters

Instructions

  • In a glass, muddle the first five ingredients. Stir in the remaining ingredients until combined.
  • Strain and serve over ice.
