Ingredients

FOR THE SALAD, GRILL

  • 3 Fresh pineapple rings, ½-inch thick
  • 2 Mangoes, peeled, halved, and pitted
  • 2 Peaches, cut into wedges
  • 1 pkg Pound cake (10.75 oz.), cut into 10 slices

COMBINE

  • 1 lb. Strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 5 Kiwis, peeled and chopped

FOR THE DRESSING, WHISK

  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Fresh lime juice
  • Minced zest of 1 lime

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium. Brush grill grate with oil.
  • For the salad, grill pineapple, mangoes, and peaches until grill marks appear, about 2 minutes per side. Once cooled, chop fruit into bite-sized pieces. Grill pound cake until lightly charred, 1–2 minutes per side.
  • Combine grilled fruit, strawberries, and kiwis in a bowl.
  • For the dressing, whisk together honey, lime juice, and zest; toss with fruit to coat. Serve fruit salad over pound cake.
