Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, quartered*
  • 1/2 cup raspberries*
  • 4 limes, juiced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 tbsp Agave nectar**
  • 2 1/2 cups seltzer water or club soda

Instructions

  • Pure the fruit, lime juice, and agave nectar in a blender or food processor until smooth. 
  • Pour 1/2 cup into a glass filled with ice and top with 1/2 cup seltzer.
  • You can refrigerate the fruit juice mixture for up to a week, but add the seltzer just before drinking.

Notes

  • *Using frozen fruit? No need to thaw or drain it.
  • **Agave nectar can be found in the health-food aisle at most supermarkets. You can substitute your favorite sweetener or omit it.
  • Cherries are equally delightful in this recipe when they’re in season.
  • You can refrigerate the fruit juice mixture for up to a week, but add the seltzer just before drinking.
