Raspberry and Strawberry Sparkling Limeade
Refreshing and not-too-sweet beverage is awesome to drink

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, quartered*
- 1/2 cup raspberries*
- 4 limes, juiced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 tbsp Agave nectar**
- 2 1/2 cups seltzer water or club soda
Instructions
- Pure the fruit, lime juice, and agave nectar in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Pour 1/2 cup into a glass filled with ice and top with 1/2 cup seltzer.
- You can refrigerate the fruit juice mixture for up to a week, but add the seltzer just before drinking.
Notes
- *Using frozen fruit? No need to thaw or drain it.
- **Agave nectar can be found in the health-food aisle at most supermarkets. You can substitute your favorite sweetener or omit it.
- Cherries are equally delightful in this recipe when they’re in season.
