  • ½ cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ cup Skim Milk
  • 6 oz Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt or Nonfat Plain Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice or Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar or Maple Syrup


  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve with a straw.
