Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups frozen peach chunks
  • 1 cup Almond coconut milk blend or original almond milk
  • 5.3 oz container greek yogurt, mango, peach, strawberry or coconut flavor
  • 1 Very ripe banana , peeled and frozen
  • ½ cup Oats (old fashioned or quick, either are fine)
  • ½ cup Cold water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and process until well pureed.
  • Serve immediately.
