Get the fiesta started with this paloma drink in popsicle form. A classic paloma cocktail recipe has grapefruit and lime juices, tequila and a little sugar to offset the tangy juices. But why not turn that into a boozy homemade popsicle for an even more refreshing cocktail? It’s one of the best ways we can think to cool off in the summer.
Paloma Popsicles

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups Fresh grapefruit juice, strained
- ⅓ cup Light agave syrup
- ¼ cup Fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup Silver tequila
Instructions
- Combine grapefruit juice, agave, lime juice, and tequila, then divide among five 4-oz. popsicle molds. Secure popsicle sticks according to manufacturer’s instructions, and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
