Mint-Cilantro Chutney
A cool, spicy and tangy green chutney

Ingredients
- 1 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
- ¾ Chopped tomato
- ¾ cup Chopped fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup Onion chopped
- ¼ cup Water
- ¼ cup Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Medium garlic cloves
- 1-2 Fresh Thai, serrano or cayenne chilies
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.
- Tightly cover and store in refrigerator up to 10 days.
