Cheesy Bacon Jalapeno Dip

- 18 x 24-Inch Plastic Cutting Board

Ingredients
BEAT
- 1 pkg. Cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
STIR IN
- 6 Strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup Finely shredded Cheddar
- ½ cup Chopped pickled jalapeños
- 2 Tbsp. Minced shallots
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh garlic
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Stir in bacon, Cheddar, jalapeños, shallots, and garlic; season with salt and pepper. Serve dip with chips.
VARIATION: DILL PICKLE DIP
- BEAT
- 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
STIR IN
- 1½ cups chopped dill pickles
- 2 Tbsp. minced shallots
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
- Salt and black pepper to taste
