Ingredients

THE BROWNIES, WHISK

  • cup All-purpose flour 
  • ½ tsp. Instant espresso powder 
  • ¼ tsp. Table salt
  • ¼ tsp. Baking soda

COMBINE

  • 4 tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • ½ cup Semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. Water

STIR IN

  • 1 Egg 
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract 
  • ¼ cup Milk chocolate chips

THE SAUCE, HEAT

  • ¼ cup Heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. Light corn syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)
  • Chocolate curls (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly coat four 8-oz. brioche pans or jumbo muffin cups with nonstick spray.

For The Brownies

  • Whisk together flour, espresso powder, ¼ tsp. salt, and baking soda in a small bowl.
  • Combine butter, semisweet chips, sugar, cocoa, and water in a large glass bowl; heat in microwave until melted, 1 – 2 minutes. Stir in egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture just until incorporated. Gently stir in milk chocolate chips.
  • Divide batter among prepared brioche cups. Bake brownies until a toothpick inserted in the centers comes out with just a few crumbs, 17–19 minutes. Carefully invert brownies onto serving dishes.
  • For the sauce, heat cream, peanut butter, and corn syrup in a saucepan over medium-low until melted, stirring constantly; stir in salt. Pour sauce over brownies. Serve brownies with ice cream and chocolate curls, if desired.
