Frozen Bloody Mary pops are a thing…and they are absolutely delicious! A little tomato, vodka blend, complete with a celery stick! Add a little salt and voila!
Bloody Mary Pops
Ingredients
- 2 cups Tomato juice
- ½ cup Vodka
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Clove garlic, roughly chopped
- 2 ½ tsp. Prepared horseradish
- ½ tsp. Tabasco sauce
- ¼ tsp. Celery salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. Chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
Instructions
- Blend tomato juice, vodka, lime juice, Worcestershire, garlic, horseradish, Tabasco, celery salt, and pepper in a blender; let stand 20 minutes, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Divide tomato mixture and olives among six (3-oz.) paper cups, cover each with foil, then cut a small slit in the center of the foil and slide in a popsicle stick. Freeze pops until firm, at least 4 hours.
