  • 2 cups Tomato juice
  • ½ cup Vodka
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Clove garlic, roughly chopped
  • 2 ½ tsp. Prepared horseradish
  • ½ tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • ¼ tsp. Celery salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped pimento-stuffed green olives


  • Blend tomato juice, vodka, lime juice, Worcestershire, garlic, horseradish, Tabasco, celery salt, and pepper in a blender; let stand 20 minutes, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
  • Divide tomato mixture and olives among six (3-oz.) paper cups, cover each with foil, then cut a small slit in the center of the foil and slide in a popsicle stick. Freeze pops until firm, at least 4 hours.
