  • 2 Tbsp. 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. Ground cumin
  • Lime wedge


  • 3 cups Tomato juice
  • ¾ cup Silver tequila
  • ¼ cup Fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp. Minced chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp. Grated onion
  • 1 tsp. Hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
  • Celery salt and black pepper to taste
  • Whole scallions


  • Combine salt and cumin on a plate. Rub rims of 6 glasses with lime wedge, then dip into cumin salt; set glasses aside.
  • Stir together tomato juice, tequila, lime juice, chipotle, Worcestershire, cilantro, onion, and hot sauce in a pitcher. Fill prepared glasses with ice and top with Bloody Maria mixture; garnish with scallions.
